COVID-19 Service Update

We would like to reassure all our customers that as an internet pharmacy, we will remain open for the foreseeable future.

Whilst the current COVID-19 outbreak is causing disruption to all kinds of medical supplies and parcel distribution networks, Manual are doing everything possible to keep things running as normal. We have enough stock and have updated our staffing procedures to reduce the impact and risk to staff, allowing us to continue dispensing and dispatching.

Is Manual still operating?

Yes, we are currently operating as normal, with some additional measures to ensure staff and our customers are not affected by COVID-19.

Is it still safe to order from Manual?

Our pharmacies are sanitising surfaces according to best practice guidance, and all workers are implementing “social distancing” practices to be extra safe. COVID-19 has been shown to survive on cardboard for less than 24 hours, so the delivery process will also help ensure nothing is transmitted through the post.

Will my next box arrive as usual?

Yes, your next box will ship on its scheduled date, though the actual delivery may take a bit longer subject to Royal Mail’s delivery performance. Whilst Royal Mail initially assured us that there will be no changes as a result of COVID-19, it is now clear that deliveries are taking longer than usual so please allow an extra day or two in case your local delivery team have to self-isolate.
