The balance between ‘friendly’ and undesirable bacteria in your gut is key to staying healthy. Our formulation with 2 Billion CFU contains lactobacilli strains working on the upper intestines, and bifidobacteria that will work on the lower intestines. For the happiness of your gut.
Probiotics are live 'friendly' bacteria. Our Gut Care capsule also includes prebiotic, a type of fiber that serves as food for probiotics, and helps them survive in your intestine to re-establish the balance of your gut.
Vitamin D is called the “sunshine vitamin” because it’s produced in your skin in response to sunlight. We need vitamin D to help the body absorb calcium and phosphate from our diet, minerals important for healthy bones and muscles. In the UK the amount of sunlight is not enough (especially between October to early March) for our skin to be able to make vitamin D. Hence why many of us are advised to take a Vitamin D supplement.
Most probiotics don't survive the highly acidic environment of the human stomach, failing at colonizing the gut as they should. Our 2-in-1 nested capsule instead protects the probiotics through the stomach and delivers them in the intestine.
