Why do I have to do the preparation steps?

Completing the preparation steps thoroughly ensures that there is sufficient blood flow in your upper arm for the Tasso device to collect your sample. This will make it quicker and easier for the device to collect enough blood.

What if I can’t get enough blood?

If you managed to get some blood out, please still send the sample in — our lab may be able to process it. If you weren’t able to collect any blood, contact us at trt@manual.co. We’ll send you a free replacement kit or explore an alternative method for collecting your sample.

Why do I have to post the sample the same day?

Accepted Answer

It is important to post your sample the same day so that it can get delivered by to our lab as quickly as possible and therefore doesn’t spoil.

When will I get my results

Accepted Answer

We will email you with your results within 3-5 days of posting your sample back to us. You’ll find out about your testosterone levels and receive a doctor approved diagnosis.
