Why do I have to do the preparation steps?

Completing the preparation steps thoroughly ensures that there is sufficient blood flow in your hands and fingers. This will make make it quicker and easier to take your sample.

What if I can’t get enough blood?

If you cannot get enough blood to the fill line with the first lancet, try again with the other two. If you still cannot get enough blood, contact us and we can send another test kit over to you.

Why do I have to post the sample the same day?

It is important to post your sample the same day so that it can get delivered by to our lab as quickly as possible and therefore doesn’t spoil.

When will I get my results

Accepted Answer

We will email you with your results within 3-5 days of posting your sample back to us. You’ll find out about your testosterone levels and receive a doctor approved diagnosis.
