There’s a movement happening…
In a society where 60% of men won’t even visit a doctor until it’s life threatening, talking openly about your health is a rebellious act.
We are here for, you health rebels.
It’s a movement that won’t change a generation over night, but we are here to support it every single step of the way.
Are you a health rebel?
Are you ready to talk about your health, loud and proud? Do you want to take control of it? Own it? Change it? Improve it?
It’s easy to want to shift your mindset but it’s difficult to actually do it. By joining a community of health rebels, get the support you need to be the best version of you.
Where does an online group come in to it?
Beyond the flutters of change, 76% of men still say they are more likely to google their symptoms rather than visiting a doctor. It’s easy – but we all know that 90% of the time – it’s useless.
So, as a compromise – a step half way – the rebels have formed a group. It’s medically moderated, so ditch Dr Google and use the group to get advice from real doctors. It’s packed full of health tips that are tried and tested by experts and medically approved – none of those at-home-remedies with absolutely zero scientific backing. The group is a safe space, where you can learn and develop the confidence you need to start taking control of your health, talking about it, and prioritising it.
It’s your health. Start owning it.
Where is the group?
We’re on Facebook in a private group, so all you need to join, is a Facebook account. We’re keeping it online for now, to stay safer during the pandemic, and so that you can join the movement wherever you are.
What do we talk about?
No topics too mundane or taboo, we talk about it all. From erectile dysfunction, to fitness and weightlifting – if it’s to do with physical or mental health, we’ll discuss it.
The group is moderated by clinicians, doctors, psychologists and personal trainers so you know you’re getting worth-while advice.
You are welcome whoever you are. As long as you identify as a male, we’d love to have you.
